But its driver wore uniform , I think buses are not enough . They should wait for some new buses instead small old buses.

I think they need to buy some small buses not only for 11, but for 23, 45, 46 as well.
However I worry about 45 as there is a 2.9m height limit around Jiuzhen area. It's almost the same as the height of HFX.
There used to be a plan about buying 30 small buses

貌似星凯龙数量不够吧，23路、45路都有星凯龙。

应该不会够，15的星凯龙不多
