这是南三环学府桥附近的一个路牌，我感觉哈西大街与三环没有连通吧，不知是什么意思

楼主手法也十分了得，在车上拍的一点不虚，不错。

我记得3环貌似跟哈西大街通了，之前坐车走过一回。

三环路通哈双路，哈双路往前走一段就是哈西大街了。

走三环上哈西大街只能走学府路——复旦路（好蛋疼的名字）或者走王岗绕哈双路！

当年修哈西大街时候貌似是要直接打通到三环路，现在变没变就不知道啦
